I needed a new reverse cycle system installed for my elderly mother before the heat of the summer hits Western Sydney! Nat from the office was amazing, excellent communication every step of the way! No high-pressure sales - just good old-fashioned professional service. The technicians were incredibly polite, considerate and efficient. Mum later commented how impressed she was with the way they had cleaned up and taken away the old system. I cannot praise this team more highly!

The team were professional throughout the process. Amani and Natalie were great to deal with. I installed Mitsubishi 10KW ducted, the touch screen for the main control is funny and sometimes selects the option below the one you touch, this obviously is the manufacturer issue. The AC works amazing.

Starting from the first contact over the phone with Natalie to the inspection on the property to the professional’s technician and support to the removing and installation to the cleaning after work to the after installation service to everything regarding this company it’s absolutely terrific!!!
